i found the staff accommodating. they seemed eager to meet every need. the house reefs had much marine life to see, too. the island was also spotlessly clean thanks to the gardeners.

the food was AMAZING!!! there were many veg options for breakfast at malaafiy restaurant. island pizza offered great food, great service, and a great view. the rooms were always kept clean thanks to smile. the use of the app was intuitive and efficient for planning activities.
I experienced one minor issue . The host assigned to me seemed a bit rushed.

the airport transfer was super convenient, taking only 45 minutes by speedboat right outside the airport! it was a smooth trip. the service at the lagoon bar stood out. ismail provided excellent suggestions and made the evenings fantastic.
i had a beach villa with a private pool and wanted alcohol in the room. there was no in-villa alcohol offered, only beer, frustrating. i had to visit one of the bars for a drink and bottles were priced about 3x higher.

housekeeping kept the villa super clean. every staff member was polite. they were professional and always ready to assist. we had hanna at the front desk plan our stay and proactively book our dolphin cruise.

the food had a wide variety of options. i especially appreciated the chef at the sunset live section, who prepared fresh dosas each morning. the indian thali at namaste was great. it should not be missed.

the house cleaning lady bina made my birthday special. she was very helpful and professional.
I experienced significant service issues. meal options could be better. they seemed very repetitive and basic. i had a duplex water villa, yet i lacked face towels for showering and bathroom slippers. I had to request them.

Really good Island Stay

The resort offered easy movement across three islands via buggies and mini buses. I found fresh, tasty food and drinks at several venues. There are multiple pools available and two long pools on both sides of the main island. The water sports team handled all our requests efficiently. Housekeeping kept our room super clean. DJ Shia provided great music every night, and Boku with the Sunset Restaurant team offered amazing service.

i was relaxed the whole time. diyu, our host, ensured we had everything. staff members were very friendly. the weather included some rain. still, i found it enjoyable. i would highly recommend this resort to others.
